I. Opening
Meeting opened at 8:46 by Dumont.
II. Review and Approval of Minutes from February 24, 2014.
Motion to approve minutes by Dumont, seconded by Culver and approved unanimously.
III. Budget Review
Budget reviewed. Surplus in categorical recommended for use with instructional supplies for 2014-15.
IV. Budget Alignment Vote
Motion to allow budget analyst to redistribute funds designated for hourly teacher salary within categoricals to instructional supplies in order to provide funds for prepurchasing of instructional supplies for school year 2014-15, including new dual language program.
V. Round Table
Orders need to be placed by the May 23rd deadline. Teacher requests need to be submitted by May 16.
